Nos conditions générales de vente complètes sont en cours de finalisation avec notre conseil juridique et seront publiées ici. En attendant, voici comment fonctionne concrètement une commande chez GARA PIECES.
Comment se passe une commande
- Vous décrivez la pièce (plaque, carte grise, photo, texte ou vocal). La demande est gratuite et n'engage à rien.
- Nous identifions la bonne référence et vous envoyons un devis détaillé : prix TTC, délai et état de la pièce (neuve ou d'occasion).
- Rien n'est commandé ni payé sans votre accord explicite sur ce devis.
- Après votre accord, la commande est confirmée et vous recevez le suivi de la livraison.
- En cas de problème avec une pièce reçue, écrivez-nous : chaque réclamation est enregistrée et traitée.
Pour toute question avant commande, utilisez le formulaire de demande — nous répondons par téléphone, WhatsApp ou email.

How an order works
- You describe the part (plate, registration document, photo, text or voice). The request is free and commits you to nothing.
- We identify the right reference and send you a detailed quote: price incl. VAT, lead time and condition (new or used).
- Nothing is ordered or charged without your explicit agreement to that quote.
- Once you agree, the order is confirmed and you receive the delivery tracking.
- If there is a problem with a part you received, write to us: every claim is recorded and handled.
For any question before ordering, use the request form — we reply by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Как проходит заказ
- Вы описываете деталь (номер, техпаспорт, фото, текст или голос). Заявка бесплатна и ни к чему не обязывает.
- Мы находим нужный референс и присылаем подробное предложение: цена с НДС, срок и состояние детали (новая или б/у).
- Ничего не заказывается и не оплачивается без вашего явного согласия с предложением.
- После вашего согласия заказ подтверждается, и вы получаете отслеживание доставки.
- Если с полученной деталью проблема — напишите нам: каждая претензия фиксируется и рассматривается.
С любым вопросом до заказа — через форму заявки: отвечаем по телефону, в WhatsApp или по email.
